When you run 'verify' in this tool, it compares the real files to the hashes. ic file in every folder which is just a text file with hash data for all the files in that folder. I use Integrity Checker by Diglloyd on all my data, It creates a tiny hidden. How do multiple destinations work with scheduling? If I have my NAS backup start at 1am, and my local backup start at 2am, what happens if the 1am NAS backup takes longer than one hour? Does it stop at 2am so that the local backup can start? Or would the 2am local backup just wait until the 1am NAS backup is done?.Can I back up to 2 destinations at the same time? Like to S3 and local? If I have to do them one after another I might have to wait a long time. When I restore a file (either from local or S3), is there any kind of verification check done *during the restore operation* to ensure file integrity on the way out of the archive? Or are verifications only done every 60 days?.One of my Ubuntu systems ZFS drives died (I have 8 x 16TB of them in RAID 5 config - its actually a ZFS pool raid-z). I backup MacOS, VM's, and Ubuntu systems. ![]()
